Scrumptious Way To Fire Up Refried Beans
Easy Hot Bean Dip Ingredients 1 can refried beans (16 ounces) 3/4 cup salsa or picante 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (reserve 1/4 cup for last 10 minutes of baking) 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese 3 ounces cream cheese (softened) 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon Mexican hot chili powder 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin dash kosher salt (if desired) Sprinkle cilantro or green onions for added color on top after baking Heat oven to 350° Combine all ingredients and place in a greased oven safe dish and bake 20 minutes. After 20 minutes sprinkle 1/4 cup of the reserved shredded cheddar cheese and sprinkle on the top. Bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
