Great Grilled Chicken Dish - EASY
Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
1/3 cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon steak sauce (such as A-1)
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
Directions
1. Preheat grill to medium heat
2. In a shallow bowl, mix the mustard, honey, mayonnaise and steak sauce. Set aside a small amount of the honey mustard sauce for basting while grilling and then dip the chicken into the remaining sauce to coat (you can also marinate the chicken breasts in the sauce for up to 24 hours for a deeper flavor).
3. Lightly oil the grill grates.
Grill the chicken over indirect heat for 15-18 minutes, turning occasionally until juices run clear. Baste with the reserved sauce during the last 5 minutes of grilling and keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
